Our Signature Process

1. Connect + Clarify

Every project begins with a brief phone call so we can connect, talk through your project, and make sure we’re a good fit. We’ll discuss your goals, how you’d like to be supported, and the next steps.

5. Design Development + Selections

With a direction in place, I curate furniture, finishes, lighting, textiles, and materials. We’ll refine selections together in a way that supports your decision-making style — whether that’s digitally, in person, or a mix of both.

2. In-Home Consultation

During the in-home consultation, we’ll walk your space together, talk through what’s working (and what’s not), explore ideas, and clarify priorities. This meeting lays the foundation for the entire project.

6. Final Design + Implementation Plan

Once selections are finalized, you’ll receive final design boards, purchasing guidance, and installation notes. Most clients handle purchasing directly, with optional support available as needed.

3. Scope + Proposal

After the consultation, you’ll receive a project scope, estimated cost for design services and contract. Once everything is approved and the deposit is received, your project officially begins.

7. Prepare + Install

As items arrive over time, we prepare the space and guide installation in stages. Any necessary prep work — such as decluttering, painting, or wallpaper — happens during this phase. Furniture is then placed, art is hung, and styling unfolds gradually, allowing the design to come together in a way that feels natural and complete.

4. Define Design Direction

This is where we get clear on the big picture. We’ll explore layout options, furniture styles, and color direction — using simple “this or that” comparisons to hone in on what you love (and what you don’t). Once we understand what the space truly needs, we’ll talk through a realistic budget.

What We Offer

Whether you’re refreshing one room or embarking on a full home makeover, we offer thoughtful, down-to-earth design support for real people, real homes, and real lives — meeting you where you are every step of the way.

  • During this one- or two-hour session (depending on the scope of your project), we’ll walk through your space, discuss what’s working and what’s not, and talk through your vision, needs, and desires for your home.

    This session can stand on its own for clarity and ideas, or serve as the first step if we continue working together. If you move forward with design services, measurements and photographs are taken to support the design process.

  • Whether you’re looking to update one room or transform your entire home, our Refreshes + Redesigns blend what you already have with thoughtfully curated new pieces. 

    This service is ideal if you’re keeping some existing pieces and want to layer in new furnishings, finishes, or materials — like updated lighting, paint, or a kitchen backsplash.

    It’s not a full remodel or start-from-scratch makeover, but it can completely change how your space looks + feels.

  • This service is for clients ready to start fresh — whether that means designing a single room or transforming an entire home.

    It’s ideal if you’re starting from a blank slate and need guidance on the big decisions: space planning and floor plans, paint and wallcovering, flooring direction, window treatments, furniture, lighting, and finishing touches.

    I stay closely involved from initial concept through installation, guiding each phase so your home comes together exactly as intended.

  • This is an optional add-on service for clients who want hands-on support bringing their design to life. Some clients love taking the reins once the design plan is complete, while others prefer continued guidance through installation and styling.

    When included, I’m present during key installation moments and lead a final styling day to ensure the vision is realized exactly as intended. From field decisions to finishing touches, I oversee the details so everything comes together cohesively.

  • If your space feels cluttered or overwhelming, this service helps you begin by decluttering — letting go of what no longer serves you — before thoughtfully organizing what remains.

    We’ll begin with an in-home consultation to walk your space, understand your goals, and create a clear decluttering plan. From there, we’ll work together to edit belongings, simplify your space, and create practical systems that support how you actually live.
